400 grams skinless, trimmed Salmon
1 egg
2 Tbsps freshly chopped cilantro
1 Tbsp grainy Mustard
2 Tbsps White bread crumbs
salt
1 splash lemon juice
peppers
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
4 Hamburger bun
150 grams Cucumber
4 Tbsps Mayonnaise
1 tsp Wasabi paste

Preparation steps

Rinse the salmon, dab dry and coarsely chop. In a food processor, add the egg, 1 tablespoon of cilantro and mustard with the fish and breadcrumbs. Process until the mixture can be formed into balls. Season with salt, lemon juice and pepper and form balls.

In a nonstick skillet, fry the balls in hot oil on all sides until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.

Cut rolls each horizontally, and toast, to taste. Rinse the cucumber and cut or slice into thin slices. Mix the mayonnaise with the wasabi and the remaining cilantro and spread on the bottom bun. Place the balls on top and cover with the top bun. Secure with toothsticks, and serve each halved crosswise.
