- 4 scallions
- 400 grams Smoked mackerel
- 3 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Worcestershire sauce
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse scallions, trim and cut into thin rings. Reserve some green rings for garnish. Trim smoked mackerel as required and remove any bones. Pull apart fish meat and mix with scallions in a bowl. Add creme fraiche and lemon juice, mix and season with worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Distribute to small bowls and serve garnished with reserved scallions.
2.
Serve if desired with white bread.
