12 smoked Salmon
1 bunch Dill
2 cups soft, fresh Cheese
2 Tbsps olive oil

½ cup Salmon eggs

Preparation steps

1.
Layer 6 individual coddlers with foil.
2.
Cut 18 circles, the size of the coddlers, out of the salmon. Chop the rest.
3.
Mix the cheese with the ¾ chopped dill, the chopped salmon, and seasoning to taste.
4.
Put the rest of the dill in the coddlers and fill alternating cheese and salmon. Chill for at leas 4 hours.
5.
Turn out and serve decorated with the salmon eggs.
