- 11 ozs cooked shrimp
- 11 ozs cooked Crabmeat
- 2 Tomatoes (skinned and quartered)
- 2 red peppers (diced)
- 2 shallots (diced)
- 5 ozs Celery (thinly sliced)
- cayenne pepper
- To garnish
- 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 große Skillet mit hohem Rand, 1 großer Pot, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Peeler, 1 Fine grater, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Bowl, 1 Sieve, 1 Large knife
Preparation steps
1.
Whisk together the oil, vinegar and lemon juice and season to taste with salt and pepper.
2.
Mix with the shrimps, crab and vegetables and season with salt and cayenne pepper.
3.
Divide between 4 serving bowls and garnish with coriander.
