Preparation steps
1.
Mix the prawns with the parsley, salt and ground black pepper.
2.
Skewer the prawns on 4 wooden kebab sticks, alternating the between the pepper slices and the prawns.
3.
Mix the the tomatoes and mozzarella together, arrange on 4 plates and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Garnish with basil leaves.
4.
Grill the kebabs for approx. 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally. Place on the plates with the tomato-mozzarella, garnish with lemon wedges and serve immediately.
