mixed Lettuce (e. g. rocket, sorrel, stinging nettles, yarrow, torn into bite-sized pieces)
1 cup
Goat cheese (sliced)

Preparation steps

1.
Dry roast the nuts, leave to cool and then chop.
2.
Mix together the vinegar, oil and honey and season with salt and ground black pepper.
3.
Mix together the lettuce and radishes and arrange on a plate. Place the cheese on top and drizzle with the vinaigrette. Add the nuts and serve with apricot chutney as desired.
