- 500 grams Butter cheese
- salt
- peppers
- Chili powder
- 4 honey
- ¼ l white wine
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- mixed, ground peppers
- 125 grams Arugula
- 2 Red onions

Preparation steps
1.
Carve small pyramids out of cheese. Whisk honey with wine and oil, then season with salt, pepper and chili powder. Coat cheese pieces with the mixture and let marinate overnight. Next day, drain cheese, reserving all marinade.

Rinse arugula and toss with the marinade. Peel onions and cut into thin rings, combine with arugula. Spread arugulaand onions on plates and arrange cheese pyramids on top. Season with colored pepper and serve.
