- 1 Baguette
- 3 Tbsps grapeseed oil
- 200 grams Arugula
- 4 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 350 grams Goat cheese
- 4 Tbsps honey
- 40 grams almonds
- rosemary (for(for garnish)
Preparation steps

Preheat broiler.

Cut baguette into about 12 slices and place directly on the oven rack. Broil, watching carefully, until golden-brown and crisp on both sides. Remove baguette slices from oven, drizzle with a little oil and let cool.

Rinse, trim and spin arugula dry. Tear into smaller pieces and arrange on plates. Drizzle with remaining oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
4.
Spread baguette slices with goat cheese and arrange on arugula. Drizzle with honey. Coarsely chop almonds and sprinkle over salad.
5.
Garnish with rosemary.
