Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lettuces, spin dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Peel garlic and finely chop. Rinse chile pepper, cut in half, remove seeds and finely dice. Rinse mint, shake dry, pluck off leaves and finely chop.

Mix the egg together with the garlic, chile pepper, chopped mint and the breadcrumbs and add to the ground meat. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. With moistened hands, shape mixture into 24 small meatballs and cook in hot oil in a pan, 8-10 minutes.

3.

Thread 2 cooked meatballs onto each skewer. Arrange the lettuce in bowls and top each bowl with 3 skewers. Serve.
