4 Sirloin steak (each 220 grams)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the grill. Rinse mache lettuce, trim and spin dry. Pick the grapes from the stalks, rinse, cut in half and remove seeds if necessary. Coarsely chop the hazelnuts. Mix mache, grapes and hazelnuts. Cut the cheese into slices.

Season steaks on both sides with salt and pepper and place on the grill. Cook without turning for 3 minutes and turn over. Cook until the red meat juice begins to collect on the surface, 2-3 minutes more.

Top the steaks with cheese and serve with the salad.
