Preparation steps

break the macaroni into small pieces, then cook according to the package directions in boiling salted water until al dente. Remove from the water and drain thoroughly. Remove the grapes from the vine. Butter a baking dish. Halve the grapes and add to the baking dish. Preheat a convection oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Coarsely chop the blue cheese, then bring to a boil with the milk. Stir until the cheese has fully melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the pasta to the baking dish, and top with the cheese sauce. Sprinkle with the emmentaler, and cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
