Simple Granola Breakfast

- For the granola with raspberries
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp sunflower oil
- vanilla extract
- ⅔ cup Raspberries (to serve)
For the granola with raspberries:
Preheat the oven to 170°C (150° fan) | 325F | gas 3. Combine the oats, honey, sunflower oil, vanilla extract and a tablespoon of water in a mixing bowl. Mix with a spoon to combine. Spread out on a small baking tray and bake for 22 - 25 minutes until golden. Leave to cool and harden before storing. Serve with raspberries.
NOTE Due to the inclusion of honey this recipe only suitable for babies over 1 year.
For the muesli:
Combine the oats and milk in a bowl. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Combine the apple and pear with the apple juice in a small saucepan. Cook over a medium-low heat for 8 - 10 minutes until soft. Mash briefly and stir into the soaked oats. Serve lukewarm or chill until needed.
