Preparation steps

1.

Mix the cheese lightly to fluff up a bit. Mix in the eggs, sugar and lemon juice.

2.

Grease a springform pan with shortening or oil. Spread the cheese mixture into the pan and smooth. Bake for about 45 minutes at 175°C / 350°F. Allow to cool, remove from the pan and serve.
