- For the canapes
- ½ Baguette
- 12 slices cold Fry
- 1 sm jar Cranberry jam
- 200 grams Gorgonzola
- fresh Fresh herbs
- For the mayonnaise
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tsps Mustard
- sugar
- lemon juice
- olive oil
Preparation steps

For the mayonnaise: Put egg yolks into a bowl, add mustard and stir with a whisk. Gradually add oil, whisking constantly to form a yellow cream. Season with a pinch of sugar and the juice of one lemon.

For the canapes: Slice baguette into 12 pieces and spread each with mayonnaise. Top with roast, a spoonful of jam and crumble and some gorgonzola crumbles. Serve garnished with fresh herbs.
