- 500 grams Prawn
- 2 red chili peppers (fresh)
- 7 garlic cloves
- ⅕ l olive oil
- salt
- ½ bunch parsley

Preparation steps

Peel the shrimp leaving the tail intact. Cut a slit along the back and carefully remove the intestines. Rinse the shrimp, then dry thoroughly with paper towels. Slit the chilis lengthwise, remove the seeds and membranes, and thinly slice. Coarsely chop the parsley. Peel and thinly slice the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Add the garlic and chili, and sauté briefly. Add the shrimp to the pan and sauté over high heat for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, and mix in the parsley.

Serve with white bread, if you'd like.
