Preparation steps

1.

Rinse tomatoes, blanch and remove inner stem and seeds. Place into a blender and briefly blend.

Peel onions and garlic and finely chop. Rinse pepper, remove inner white skin and seeds and finely chop.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Add garlic and pepper and cook briefly, then add tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Simmer about 30 minutes until sauce is thickened.

Rinse, peel and devein shrimp. Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Place shrimp in a baking dish and cover with tomato sauce. Rinse and chop parsley, crumble feta and top dish with both. Bake for about 10 minutes and serve immediately.
