1 onion
1 Red chili pepper
2 garlic cloves
3 Tbsps olive oil
1 Lime
200 grams frozen shrimp

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse zucchini, trim and cut into pieces. Peel onion and dice into cubes. Trim chile pepper, rinse and finely chop. Peel the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large, non-stick skillet. Add zucchini and onion and sauté about 4 minutes.

Cut lime in half, squeeze juice from half and cut the remaining half into wedges. Add chile pepper, shrimp and lime wedges to the skillet and sauté for another 1-2 minutes. Press in garlic. Season with lime juice, salt and pepper.
