100 grams Radish
2 Fennel
2 scallions
150 grams shrimp (peeled)
4 Tbsps White vinegar
4 Tbsps sunflower oil

Preparation steps

1.

Divide the lettuce into individual leaves, rinse and spin dry. Rinse the radishes and cut into thin slices. Rinse the fennel, cutting the smaller pieces into thin rings and the rest into fine strips. Rinse the scallions and cut into fine rings. Chop the fennel leaves finely.

2.

Mix the lettuce with the radishes, fennel, scallions and shrimp and arrange onto plates.

3.

For the dressing, mix  the vinegar with the oil, fennel leaves, salt, pepper and sugar. Drizzle over salad to serve.
