Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and thinly slice the radishes and strawberries. Rinse the parsley, pat dry and coarsely chop the leaves. Mix the ricotta and lemon juice together and season with salt and pepper to taste. 

2.

Spread the ricotta mixture onto 4 slices of bread. Sprinkle with parsley and evenly distribute the radishes, strawberries and shrimp over the surface. Top with the remaining slices of bread and serve.
