- 16 shrimp
- 16 small Monkfish medallions (About 500 grams)
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 sprig oregano (fresh)
- salt

- For the sauce
- 2 Beefsteak tomato
- 50 grams almonds (ground)
- 100 milliliters olive oil
- 2 Tbsps breadcrumbs
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 roasted paprika (in oil)
- 1 generous pinch chili peppers
- 2 Tbsps Vinegar
Preparation steps

Thread the shrimp alternately with the monkfish medallions on 8 skewers. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil and lemon juice. For the sauce, peel the tomatoes and puree together with the remaining ingredients in a blender, then season with salt and pepper.

Grill the skewers on a hot grill 2-4 minutes while turning. Garnish with oregano and serve with the sauce.
