12 shrimp (with shells)
2 lemons
2 Limes (juiced)
6 Tbsps olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp scallions
fennel fronds (finely chopped)
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Mix olive oil with lime juice, pressed garlic, herbs and salt and pepper to taste. Add the monkfish pieces and the cleaned shrimp and marinate about 1 hour. Remove, drain and thread on 6 skewers alternating with lemon wedges.

2.

Cook on the preheated grill until cooked through, 5-7 minutes, brushing frequently with marinade.
