24 shrimp (Ready to cook)
1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
2 Tbsps Chile oil
For the noodles
250 grams Chinese egg noodle
1 Bok Choy
100 grams Snow peas
1 Tbsp Light soy sauce
salt
peppers
Chili sauce (finished product)
2 Limes
2 Tbsps butter

Preparation steps

Mix the shrimp with chile oil and garlic. Rinse the limes, cut into wedges and add to the shrimp. Cook the pasta according package directions. Brush the bok choy and cut into bite-size pieces. Rinse the snow peas.

Thread the shrimp with lime wedges on three skewers per person. Set aside the remaining marinade. Heat the butter in a pan or wok, sauté the bok choy, add the peas and cook briefly. Season with soy sauce and the remaining marinade. Grill the skewers simultaneously on all sides. Add the noodles to the vegetables, mix in and reheat. Distribute the pasta on plates, top each with three skewers and some chile sauce and serve immediately.
