- 5 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 5 Tbsps plain Yogurt
- 2 Tbsps Cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp peppers
- 1 small Red cabbage (shredded)
- 1 Red onion (very thinly sliced)
- 2 carrots (grated)
- 1 cilantro
- 2 Tbsps Macadamia Nuts (roughly chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Whisk together the mayonnaise, yoghurt, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in a large bowl until well mixed.
2.
Add the vegetables, coriander and nuts and toss until well mixed.
3.
Leave to stand at room temperature, tossing occasionally, for 30 minutes before serving.
