2 slices Toast
300 grams mixed Ground meat
2 eggs
1 Tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tsp sweet ground paprika
salt
freshly ground peppers
4 Tbsps sunflower oil
5 Tbsps sweet Chili sauce
30 grams Sesame seeds (for coating)
30 grams flaxseed (for coating)
10 Cherry tomatoes
100 grams Cucumber

Preparation steps

1.

Tear apart bread and mix with the ground meat. Add the eggs and breadcrumbs and season with paprika, salt and pepper. Knead well with both hands.

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. With wet hands, form small balls and fry in batchen in the hot oil on all sides for 5-6 minutes. Drain and transfer to paper towels.

3.

Coat meatballs in the chili sauce and then roll them in the sesame and flax seeds.

4.

Rinse the cherry tomatoes and cucumbers. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and cut the cucumbers into slices. Thread skewers with halved tomatoes and slices of cucumber, then attach meatballs and serve in a colorful bowl.
