Sesame Cream Dip
Peel the garlic and finely chop. Blend the sesame paste with 2 tablespoons sesame oil, the sour cream, garlic and spices in a blender until the paste has a creamy consistency.
Season with salt and pepper.
To serve: Transfer into a small bowl, sprinkle with cumin and garnish with lemon wedges. Serve with sesame crackers.
