- 500 grams cream cheese
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 Red onion
- 60 grams white Sesame seeds
- 60 grams black Sesame seeds
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 8 Figs
- Lettuce
- 8 slices white bread
- olive oil
Preparation steps

For the sesame cream cheese balls: In a bowl, stir the white and black sesame seeds together.

Peel and finely chop the onion. In a bowl, stir the cream cheese with the honey, and season with salt and pepper to taste. With wet hands, shape the cream cheese mixture into 12 small balls. Roll in the sesame seeds mixture.

For the salad: Rinse the lettuce and spin dry. Divide the lettuce between plates or arrange on a large platter.
4.
Top the lettuce with the cream cheese balls. Rinse the figs, pat dry and slice in half. Arrange over the lettuce.
5.
Drizzle the bread with olive oil and toast under a broiler until both sides are golden. Cut into croutons and scatter over the lettuce mixture.
