- 400 grams Goat cheese
- 4 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 1 bunch mint
- 3 Tbsps honey
- 50 grams Pine nuts
- 1 Lime
- 400 grams Strawberries
- 2 chili peppers

Preparation steps

Finely chop mint, except for a few leaves for garnish. Zest half a lime and squeeze the juice. Mix 2 tablespoons of lime juice with cream cheese, pine nuts, 2 tablespoons honey, whipping cream and mint.

Rinse, trim and chop the strawberries into small pieces.

Rinse chiles and finely chop. Mix together with the strawberries, remaining honey and lime juice. Let sit for approximately 10 minutes. Fill a bowl with the strawberry salad and place the cheese balls on it. Serve and garnish with mint leaves.
