- For figs
- 4 fresh Figs
- 8 thin slices Bacon
- 8 Toothpicks
- olive oil (for frying)
- For the salad
- ¼ head Frisée
- herb salt
- 1 Tbsp Raspberry vinegar
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- to serve
- Balsamic glaze
- 50 grams Parmesan (whole)

Preparation steps

Peel figs if desired, then cut in half. Wrap fig halves with bacon slices and stick on toothpicks. In a pan, heat a little oil and fry the bacon-fruit skewers, cut-side down, until golden-brown.

Meanwhile, rinse lettuce and spin dry. Arrange lettuce on plates. Sprinkle salad with a little herb salt. Drizzle with raspberry vinegar and olive oil. Place fig skewers on the side.
3.
Grate the parmesan over the salad, and drizzle with balsamic cream.
