- 1 ½ ozs dairy-free margarine
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 ¾ cups Soy milk
- salt
- peppers
- grated Nutmeg
Preparation steps

Melt the margarine in a pan over a low heat. Stir in the flour to make a smooth paste and cook gently, stirring, for 1 minute.

Gradually pour in the soya milk, stirring constantly and bring to a simmer. Cook gently, stirring for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3.
Pour into a warm serving jug and sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
