1 Cut the tofu into sticks, drizzle with the sesame oil and two tablespoons of soy sauce and marinate for 30 minutes.
2 Wash and clean the pak choi and remove the leaves. Blanch in boiling water with one tablespoon of soy sauce, then remove and place immediately into cold water. Drain well.
3 Wrap the drained tofu sticks in 1-2 leaves of pak choi and place in a steamer. Drizzle the remaining marinade over the top and steam over boiling water for about 5 minutes.
4 Garnish with sprinkled sesame seeds and serve.
