Put the bananas and soya milk into a belnder with the bananas and blend until smooth.

Remove all but the top leaves from the rosemary stalks. Scoop balls from the melon and thread them onto the rosemary stalks.
3.
Serve the smoothie with the melon skewers and mint to garnish
