Savoury Olive Cake Bites

Sift the flour into a bowl with the yeast, salt and sugar.
Add the water and oil and mix to form a dough. Turn onto a floured board and knead for 5 minutes. Return to the bowl, cover and leave in a warm place to rise for 30 minutes.
Heat the oven to 220°C (200°C fan) 425°F gas 7. Grease a roasting tin.
Turn the dough onto a floured board and knead for 10 minutes. Stretch the dough across the board, sprinkle over the olives and ham and knead for 2 more minutes.
Spread the dough into the tin about 20 cm x 25 cm|8 "x 10 ", brush with a little oil and bake for 25 - 30 minutes until risen and golden brown.
Turn out the bread, slice off the crusts and cut into bite size squares.
