Olive Pastry Bites

Preheat the oven to 400ºF / 200ºC. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the puff pastry into a 12 x 12-inch square. Sprinkle pastry with savory and use your rolling pin to gently press in the spice. Using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife, cut the pastry into thirty-six 2 x 2-inch squares. Place a few chopped olives in the center of each pastry square. Transfer pastry squares to prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown and puffy.
Serve at room temperature.
