Preparation steps

1.

Rinse spinach, remove any tough stems and spin dry. Peel garlic and cut into slices. Toast pine nuts in a dry pan until golden brown, then pour on a plate, set aside and let cool. Heat olive oil and butter in a saucepan and sauté garlic. Add spinach to pan and cook for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add raisins and toasted pine nuts and cook briefly. Remove from heat. Serve immediately.
