- 400 grams shrimp (ready to cook)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 small onion
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1 bunch Fresh herbs (Provence)
- 2 centiliters Pastis flambé (45%)
- Lemon wedge (for serving)

Preparation steps

Peel the garlic and onion and chop finely. Rinse the herbs, shake dry and chop. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet, add the shrimp and saute over low heat until just cooked through. Remove from the pan. Add the remaining oil and sauté the garlic and onion until translucent. Add the herbs and deglaze with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.

Add the Pastis to the pan and carefully ignite and pour over the shrimp. Divide the shrimp among plates and serve with lemon wedges.
