4 ½ cups large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
2 Tbsps unsalted butter
2 Tbsps olive oil
3 cloves garlic cloves (sliced)
2 Tbsps freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼ cup dry white wine
1 Tbsp fresh Dill (chopped)
coarse salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)

Preparation steps

Rinse peeled and deveined shrimp and pat dry with a paper towel. Set aside.

Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and saute for 1 minute, until softened and fragrant. Add the shrimp, lemon juice, and dry white wine; cook until shrimp turn pink, turning once (about 3 minutes). Add chopped dill and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss to combine.

Divide between 4 plates. Can be served alone, or on rice or pasta.
