1 garlic clove

1 Tbsp minced Thai basil
100 grams black Olives

Preparation steps

1.

Pass the garlic through a press, and mix with 2 tablespoons of the oil and the lime juice. Devein the shrimp. Add the shrimp to the marinade, coat fully, and let rest for 30 minutes.

Sear the shrimp in 1 tablespoon of oil for 2 minutes on each side.

Mix the shrimp with the basil. Transfer to a plate, top with the olives, and serve.
