- 1 kilogram shrimp (such as Northern prawn)
- 100 grams Smoked bacon
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps scallions

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the shrimp and pat dry.
2.
Dice the bacon. Heat the oil in a frying pan, and briefly sauté the bacon. Add the shrimp, and sauté for 2-6 minutes, depending on size.
3.
Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with the chives, and serve.
