- 4 sheets Radicchio
- 10 grams ginger
- 1 red chili pepper
- ½ orange Bell pepper
- 1 Radish
- 1 scallion (green parts only)
- 1 organic Lime
- 8 large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 Tbsps Canola oil
- salt
- 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
Preparation steps

Rinse the radicchio and shake dry. Peel and julienne the ginger. Rinse the chili and the peppers, remove the seeds, and julienne. Rinse, halve, and thinly slice the radishes. Rinse the scallions, and thinly slice the green parts (reserve the white parts for another use). Rinse the lime in hot water, pat dry, and finely grate the zest. Squeeze the juice from the lime. Rinse the shrimp, pat dry, and drizzle with the lime juice. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sauté the shrimp with the ginger, chili, peppers, radishes, and scallions. Cook for 3 minutes over moderate heat, turning once. Season the shrimp with salt, and lime zest. Arrange the radicchio onto plates, and top with 2 shrimp. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
