- 700 grams Radicchio (Rosso di Treviso Tardivo)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the radicchio and pat dry. Trim the radicchio, and cut into half or quarters. Peel the garlic and finely dice.
2.
Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the radicchio and the garlic on all sides, until golden brown. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3.
Deglaze with the vinegar, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Arrange the radicchio on a plate and serve.
