1 handful thyme
6 Tbsps olive oil
4 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
1 tsp honey
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 greater Radicchio (or 2 smaller)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the thyme, pat dry, and remove the leaves. Mix 4 tablespoons of olive oil with the balsamic vinegar and the honey. Mix in the thyme, then season to taste with salt and pepper.

Rinse and trim the radicchio. Cut the radicchio in half, and remove the stalk. Cut the halves into slices. Heat the remaining oil in a pan, add the radicchio. Sauté until golden brown on each side, about 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan and arrange on plates. Drizzle with the dressing and serve.
