5 Tbsps olive oil
½ tsp fresh rosemary
3 Sage
1 tsp thyme
2 garlic cloves
juice of lemons

Preparation steps

1.

Clean the mushrooms and place in a bowl. Mix the mushrooms with the olive oil, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.

2.

Peel and thinly slice the garlic cloves then add to the mushroom mixture. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours. 

3.

Sauté the mushrooms in a heavy pan with the marinade.
