- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 sprigs thyme
- 1 dried red chili pepper
- 80 milliliters olive oil

Preparation steps

Clean and thickly slice the mushrooms. Peel and slice the garlic. Rinse and dry the thyme. Lightly press on the dried chili pepper.

Heat the oil in a pan, and sauté the mushrooms until golden brown. Add the garlic, chili, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper, divide onto plates, and serve.
