- 400 grams small Porcini mushroom
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 50 grams Parmesan (piece)
- salt

Preparation steps

Clean the mushrooms and slice lengthwise. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms. Remove from the heat and let cool.

Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil, shave the parmesan cheese over the top, and serve.
