- 4 Chicken breasts (each about 140 grams)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 100 grams Bacon (in slices)
- 1 Tbsp Tomato paste
- 200 milliliters chicken stock
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- 1 Tbsp Brown sauce

Preparation steps

Rinse the chicken breast and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper and sear briefly on both sides in hot oil. Remove from the pan. Cut the bacon into strips and cook in a deep pan. Add the tomato paste and pour in the stock. Add the oregano and brown sauce. Season with salt and pepper and place the chicken back into the sauce. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes.

Season again and serve with potatoes as desired.
