200 grams mixed Lettuce (Corn salad, Lollo Rosso, Frisée salad)
1 Red onion
1 dried Tomato
2 Tbsps diced Bacon
50 grams button Mushroom
4 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
½ tsp Mustard
2 tsps chopped thyme
2 Tbsps Sunflower seed

Preparation steps

1.

Trim and rinse the lettuces, spin-dry and tear into small pieces.

2.

Peel the onion and cut into rings. Wipe the mushrooms with paper towels and cut into slices. Cut the tomato into small cubes.

3.

Fry bacon in 1 tablespoon oil. Add the mushrooms and diced tomatoes and saute. Season with salt, pepper and thyme and set aside.

4.

Mix vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper and the remaining oil and toss it with the mushroom mixture.

5.

Toast sunflower seeds in a dry frying pan.

6.

Toss the salad with the onion rings and then with the salad dressing. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and serve.
