Sausages with Potato Salad
Scrub, peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions and potatoes until onion is translucent. Pour in the broth bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Cut the radishes into thin slices. Pour the potatoes, onions, and broth into a bowl. Add vinegar, salt, pepper and remaining oil. Stir in the radish slices, cover and refrigerate approximately 20 minutes.
Brown the sausages in hot oil over medium heat. Arrange the sausages and potato salad on serving plates.
