For the salad
500 grams Bologna sausage
200 grams Sliced cheese (such as Gouda)
1 yellow Bell pepper
1 green Bell pepper
1 red Bell pepper
For the marinade
3 Tbsps Wine vinegar
3 Tbsps Beef broth
1 tsp hot Mustard
2 Tbsps chopped parsley
5 Tbsps vegetable oil
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

For the salad, peel the sausage and cut into fine strips. Also, cut the cheese into thin strips.

Rinse and trim the bell peppers and remove the seeds and ribs. Cut into strips.

2.

For the marinade, mix the vinegar with the broth, the mustard, the parsley and the oil and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Mix all the prepared salad ingredients with the marinade and leave for 30 minutes.

Season again and serve arranged on plates.
