1 large Pineapple
1400 grams Sauerkraut (canned)
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
8 Turkey sausages (cooked)

Preparation steps

1.

Cut off peel from pineapple, quarter lengthwise, and slice away core. Cut pineapple into small cubes. Chop sauerkraut.

2.

In a pan, fry sauerkraut in oil over low heat, stirring constantly. Add pineapple and 200 ml (approximately 3/4 cup) water. Cover and simmer about 8 minutes. Add sausages and simmer 5 minutes more. Divide pineapple-sauerkraut and sausages among plates.
