1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
150 grams lean Ground beef

1 egg white
500 milliliters vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Blanch the tomatoes for a few seconds, rinse, peel, remove seeds and finely dice. Peel the onion and finely chop. Sauté the onion in hot oil in a frying pan, add the ground meat and tomatoes and cook about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the parsley.

Unfold the dough sheets and cut each with a sharp knife into four squares. Spread the filling on top, brush the edges with egg white and fold into packets.

Heat the oil in a wide pot, add the packets, in batches, and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from pot, drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
